NB Resources are founded by a group of directors experienced in conceptual, designing, constructing and delivering projects according to clients expectations and needs.
Our director’s expertise varies from industrial, commercial and HDB projects. We have also set up various teams for steel works, drywall partitions and wet trades to increase our competitiveness for the benefit of our client.
The Directors of the company are veterans having several years of experience in the construction industry. We use our engineering and problem-solving skills to design better outcomes for our customers and clients.

General Building Works

Structural Steel Works
We can design, fabricate and install a variety of structural steel works for all kinds of public and private sector projects. We have a dedicated team of engineers, detailers, fabricators, and supervisors who are very experienced in handling all kinds of structural steelwork and fabrication work in our fully equipped workshops.
Aluminium Doors / Windows / Louvres
We have established partnerships with suppliers from China who can provide a one-stop solution for all your aluminium fabrication needs. We have completed aluminium façade works, aluminium trellis works, etc.
Metal Works
We have very good fabricators who are well versed in stainless steel welding as well as aluminium welding works. We have completed various kinds of metal works which includes railings for corridors and staircases, ship ladders, catwalks, cat ladders, gratings, grilles, fencing, etc.
Metal Roofing / Cladding / Facade Works
We have in-house team of supervisors, fabricators and installers with good experience in carrying out metal roofing, metal or aluminium cladding and façade works.
Painting Works
We have in-house team of supervisors and painters with good experience in carrying out all kinds of indoor and outdoor painting works. We have Graco airless paint sprayers which deliver the best combination of speed and a high-quality finishes.
Partitions and False Ceiling Works
We have in-house team of very experienced technicians and installers with good experience in carrying out drywall partitions, plaster ceilings, grid ceilings, box-up, etc.
Brick Works / Block Works / Installation of Light-Weight Panels
We have in-house team of very experienced foremen and installers with good experience in carrying out brick walls, block walls, AAC Blocks, Light Weight Panels, etc.
Tiling / Plastering / Skimming Works
We have in-house team of very experienced foremen, tilers and plasterers with good experience in carrying out floor and wall tiling works, internal and external plastering, skimming works using quality products.
